| Plate magnet can remove tramp iron such as Bolts, Nuts, Bits of Wire, Nails and other casual impurities from free flowing materials, like gravel, corn, sugar, plastic, flour and other granular materials in the conveying course. ด้วยรูปทรงที่เป็นลักษณะสี่เหลี่ยม ของแม่เหล็กชนิดนี้ ถูกออกแบบให้ใช้กับหน้างานที่เป็น Hopper หรือให้วางอยู่กับที่ให้สินค้าไหลผ่านกระทบหน้าสนามแม่เหล็กถาวร โดยแม่เหล็กชนิดนี้ มีระยะของแรงสนามแม่เหล็กที่มากกว่าชนิดแท่ง แต่มีค่าเส้นแรงสนามแม่เหล็กน้อยกว่าอยู่ที่ 4,000-4,500 Gauss ทำให้การใช้งานนั้นไม่เหมาะกับการจับโลหะชิ้นเล็กๆ แต่จะจับโลหะเหล็กค่อนข้างใหญ่ เช่น น็อต ตะปู กิ๊บหนีบกระดาษ เหล็กเส้นลวด เป็นต้น โดยขนาดแม่เหล็กนั้นสามารถออกแบบตามพื้นที่ ที่มีของหน้างานที่มีความแตกต่างกันไปโดยไม่ให้มีผลกระทบต่อหน้างานของท่าน |
